Is Syrabane a God? ›

Syrabane was an Aldmeri god-ancestor of magic. He aided Bendu Olo in the Fall of the Sload. Through the use of his magical ring he saved many from the Thrassian Plague. For this, the Psijic Order built a statue of him on the Isle of Artaeum.

Phynaster is the hero-god of the Summerset Isles. Phynaster is among the many ancestor spirits of the Aldmer who are believed to have become gods. He is commonly worshiped by the Altmer, the Snow Elves during the Merethic Era, and Bretons who wish to emphasize their elven blood. Advertisem*nt.

The Altmeri - or High Elves - are a magically talented race prone to thoughts of racial superiority, which ends up forming the Aldmeri Dominion and the malicious Thalmor. They only worship the Aedra, known in their language as 'ancestor spirits', and they despise all forms of Daedric worship.

Altmer Beliefs and Customs

Altmer worship Xarxes, one of their Eight Divines, as the god of the deceased, equivalent to other races' death gods. He records the life-stories of all the elven races, and his worship, at least as recorded in written history, predates that of Arkay.

The Altmer pantheon consists of nine of the Aedra that originally cooperated to form Nirn, the mortal plane. They primarily worship those Aedra which removed themselves from the creation process in time to save their divinity, with a few notable exceptions.

Bretons can be considered a half-elf, half-human race. From the top of my head, during the First Era, when the Aldmeri, the “Elder Folk”, ancestors to all modern elves, left the Summerset Isles to conquer Tamriel, they enslaved all Nedes, the pre-historic human settlers, they encountered.

According to TES lore , Bretons are known to have elven blood in their ancestry. However, in the vanilla game, Breton NPCs do not have the physical traits that reflect this aspect of their heritage.

While the High Elves of Ulthuan worship the entirety of the Elven Pantheon, they prefer to venerate those deities who comprise the Cadai. These gods represent all the virtues and fundamental aspects of Elven life. The Cadai are ruled by Asuryan the Creator.
