To resolve the conflict, right-click or press and hold the OneDrive for Business icon, and then choose Resolve. You will see the options available for your conflict. If a conflict occurred with an Office file type, you should see the following options: Open to Resolve opens the file in a coauthor view.
OneDrive may not be syncing a file because it's open and in use by another application. The fix for this is simple: Just close the file in question and give OneDrive a moment to process the update. Once the file is synced, you should then be able to open it again and resume your work.
In some cases, the syncing issues are caused by your Microsoft account using OneDrive not being connected to Windows. Open the Settings app (Win + I). Select “Accounts” then “Emails & Accounts.” Look to see if you are signed into a Microsoft account. If not, you can click the button to sign in.

You can check the OneDrive sync status on your Windows desktop by looking at the OneDrive icon in the taskbar notification area. The OneDrive icon displays different statuses to indicate the sync status: A green checkmark indicates that the files are "Up to date" and fully synced with OneDrive.
One of the fastest ways to free up OneDrive space is to remove large files you don't need. Find these files by opening your OneDrive folder and sorting by size. Oust some old files. If you want to see which files you use least, sort your OneDrive folder by Date modified in ascending order.
A file won't upload if it doesn't fit in your available storage space. To see how much space you have remaining or to get more storage, go to the Storage page. If you exceed your Microsoft storage, you won't be able to upload, edit, or sync new files (such as Camera Roll) to your OneDrive.
Any time you want to change the folders you sync on your computer, right-click that cloud icon in the taskbar notification area, and select Settings > Account > Choose folders. Find other information about your account and change other OneDrive settings from here.
