What is ASOS Marketplace?
ASOS Marketplace is the home of hot new labels, vintage sellers and indie boutiques, in fact, we represent more than 1000 boutiques from around the globe! While we’re the little sister of ASOS, we operate completely separately from each other!
How does ASOS Marketplace work?
As our name suggests, we’re a marketplace, which means hundreds of third party boutiques sell their wonderful products through our website. These can be new OR vintage; we’ve got both! Think along the lines of eBay for vintage clothes and independent designers.
When did ASOS Marketplace launch?
We launched in late 2010 with just 20 sellers, meaning we’re almost seven years old. Loads of our boutiques have been with us since the beginning, and are still going strong!
How safe is ASOS Marketplace?
Incredibly safe. While all of our boutiques source, make, fulfil and ship their own orders, we hold all sellers to stringent standards, and offer all of our customers the ASOS Marketplace Guarantee (which you can find here if the mood takes you…) This means no matter what happens with your order, our dedicated team willalways help you sort it out, and you’ll never be out of pocket. We’re ALL ABOUT the customer service. We don’t want any shady business!
