QUICK Cost-To-Build estimates are not available for specialty plans and construction such as garage / apartment, townhouse, multi-family, hillside, flat roof, concrete walls, log cabin, home additions, and other designs inconsistent with the assumptions outlined in Item 1 above.
User is able to select and have costs instantly calculate for slab on grade, crawlspace or full basem*nt options.

Q: What is the ceiling hight , and can it be modified for 12 ft ceilings on the ground floor?
A: The ceiling height for the first floor is currently 10’-0”.It could be modified to 12’ – but it would take substantial work to revise.

Q: What is the maximum height of the house from ground level? Is there a way to access the 3rd floor 'tower'?
A: Height from ground to top of tower is 36’.There is access to the tower room via a ships ladder.

Q: on roof framing is it trusses,is there room for central air and heating and can it be a slab on grade
A: It’s not trusses…..probably could be, but shown as stick framing.Could be built slab on grade but would have to find some space for HVAC for 1st floor.
