There’s more to creating a SaaS product than just building the app. You also need to make sure your product is available where your customers are, which is why one of the most vital to-dos for developers is choosing which marketplace best suits your needs.

There are three major cloud marketplace platforms: Azure Marketplace, AWS Marketplace, and Google Cloud Marketplace.

Azure Marketplace

Azure Marketplace launched in 2013 as part of Microsoft’s cloud computing platform Azure; since then, it has grown to include over 2 million software assets from more than 900 partners worldwide with an estimated value of $1 billion dollars per year in transactions processed through this marketplace alone!

Azure Marketplace is a good option for SaaS products that need to run on Azure. It has many SaaS products, including many popular ones such as Trello, Slack, and JIRA. In addition to these tools, Azure Marketplace also offers infrastructure services such as databases and web servers.

AWS Marketplace

If you’re looking to launch your SaaS product on the cloud, AWS Marketplace is a great place to start, as the oldest and most established of the three. It has more than 30,000 products available on it, including several big-name SaaS providers like Salesforce and Workday.
