For the longest time I was trying to figure out How to Make Sugar Free S'Mores.
Once I found the ingredients in a sugar free form, the S'Mores were an easy thing to do!

How to Make Sugar Free S'Mores

Grilling season means eating some great food outdoors with family and friends.
Of course this means grilling up great desserts and treats to go with all of that great tasting food as well!

However, S'Mores is one of those treats that tastes good both indoors and outdoors.
This is great for those of us who love to make and eat these yummy treats.
I know that I could easily eat these year round.

There is something about S'Mores that reminds me of growing up.

I am talking about those days at family barbecues, picnics and of course camping.
All of these fun memories shared S'Mores.

I must admit that part of my S'More memory is certainly in the fun we always had making them.
When we were sitting around a campfire there was always the long sticks, that were a race to find, that held on to those browning (and often burning) marshmallows. Of course, we were a bit safer at home around the grill and used actual grilling forks or long skewers.

Naturally, the some of the best S'More memories out there come from the gushing taste of ingredients after biting into them when they were freshly made.

We all know about those warm marshmallows melting that yummy chocolate candy bar as we take that first bite. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention that crisp graham cracker keeping them all in place.

Yes, of course eating a S'More can be a messy task.
A task that includes cleaning up of the fingers afterwards. Also, in my case, usually
something that I am wearing too.

This S'More recipe is one that comes with the great taste of that usual S'More presentation.

However, this recipe comes without all of that sugar in it. To be honest, when I finally figured out how to actually do this, I was a happy person!

It is up to you whether you want to make your S'mores outdoors or in the oven.
I am going to share the sugar free ingredients with you. However, I am sure that your s'mores will taste good too!

As Mentioned, you will need the sugar free ingredients needed to make this recipe.

Sadly, sugar free graham crackers do not exist (at least to my knowledge). However, I do have a recipe that you can use to make your own sugar free graham crackers here. Keto and low carb folks can consider using keto, low carb, sugar free cookies instead of graham crackers..

Sugar free marshmallows are also important to this recipe.
I have a recipe for how to make sugar free marshmallows here. But, you can also buy sugar free marshmallow online if you prefer to do so.

Lastly, there is the sugar free chocolate that is needed to make this recipe.

The traditional chocolate to use would be a sugar free chocolate bar. However, you could also choose to use sugar free chocolate chips instead (works especially well with indoor S'Mores!).

Recipe Notes

See post for details. While you can make this sugar free or low sugar, it will sadly still have calories in it as it is sugar free and not calorie free. Also, go easy on eating these as sugar alternatives are not always friendly when consumed in large quantities.
