Yes You can.
But not for all colleges may be.
Different different colleges/Universities having their own criteria for admission , so few are there who won’t allow candidate without maths and many are there who allow also without math in their 12th.
So go for it there won’t be much problem to get in BCA.

Yes, you may be eligible for BCA for many universities .
Majority of the universities do not offer this course to art or commerce background students as it involves many subjects which are not taught to them in schools.
Here I am sharing some colleges which provides BCA for non mathematics background students;
- Christ University, Banglore
- Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research, Pune
- Institute of Management Studies, Noida
- Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar

Every universities have its own eligibility criteria. So, you have to mention in which university you want to take admission in BCA. But still many universities don't allow art students to pursue BCA. This is because maths is an important subject for BCA students and art students do not study maths in their intermediate classes.
Hii Ravindra,
Kindly clearify your query, for which university you are seeking for. Universities/Colleges have their own criteria.
In some universities, You can do BCA after 12th with arts stream.
But there are some universities which doesn't allow an arts student to join for BCA.It depends upon the University, whether it allows students with arts stream for BCA or not.
Good luck

The criteria differs from University to University, but the for most places, you must have had maths as a subject in high school to be eligible.
You should look at specific Universities/Colleges for the same.
