I can imagine why you’re interested in ClickEarners… I get it. Who doesn't want to make a living from the comfort of their own home?
You probably want an online job (whether full time or part time) because of its flexibility. That’s what I like about it too – you can work anywhere and anytime you want, at home, in a coffee shop, or from your car where your view is whatever you want it to be.
But is Clickearners the answer? Are they legit?
When you look at ClickEarners.com’s official website, you’ll see it mainly advertises Virtual Assistants jobs. Before proceeding with ClickEarners however, I recommend reading this review first.

What Is ClickEarners.com?
Let’s look again at ClickEarners.com’s homepage. It says the following:
- Work and earn as an Online Assistant
- Various tasks and projects available for you to choose from
- Work from home or anywhere with an internet connection
ClickEarners sounds like a paid-to-click (PTC) site similar to Scarlet Clicks. I mean, “paid-to-click” is kind of in their name, right?
“Click Earners”
From their site though, it appears as if they’re a site where you can get jobs or apply for jobs, like a typical job board.
But the truth is, ClickEarners is neither of those. It's a digital product (from ClickBank) and you need to pay a fee before you get to see it. If you’re as surprised as I am (that they're charging your a fee), then you may also consider it a bad sign (as I do).
That's not what a typical job platform does.
Who are the Founders/Creators of ClickEarners.com?
The site doesn’t say who created this product. And again, this is not a good sign.
Scammers rarely show any online presence. Sometimes they use fake names, but there are those who don’t even bother with that.
So, as far as the product’s creators/founders are concerned, I have no idea. They don’t even have an About Page on their site. However, research shows that the site has been around since 2017 (it was registered on December 29, 2017)… so there may be some legitimacy here. Maybe…
Is ClickEarners a Scam?
Because of the misrepresentations I told you about (above), my first impression is that ClickEarners is a scam. But it wouldn't be fair to jump to conclusions.
I must say though, if ClickEarners was 100% legit, I think they’d be transparent about who they are, what they (really) do, and who their owner/operator or product creator is.
Here are some red flags to consider…
- Red Flag #1 – When you first get to their site, you’ll see a message that they need more people from your country. This is called geo-targeting. It's a strategy most scammers use to connect with and condition their would-be victims to assume there’s a specific demand just for them (in this case, as Virtual Assistants). The truth is, this message will appear to everyone who accesses their site.
- Red Flag #2 – Once you get approved (after answering a few questions), you’ll be told that limited spaces are remaining. This is a scarcity tactic – and while it’s not a scam per se, it gives you a sense of urgency to join quickly (as in right now!) and this is another common strategy used by scammers. They don't want you to second guess your decision because they want your money now.
- Red Flag #3 – You need to pay a certain fee to be able to access their content. Now, membership sites usually charge certain fees, but remember that ClickEarners is supposed to be a job site. And legit job sites are usually free to join. In fact, in most cases you don't even have to “join”. You can create a profile for job notifications, or upload a resume so potential employers reach out to you. But few force you to actually join.
If there was legitimate value here, I might be impressed by their pricing. Your option is to either pay $57 (one-time fee) for a lifetime membership or $27 for 12 months (renewable yearly).
You’ll save a lot of money if you choose their lifetime membership fee. And, it would seem practical (if the site is not a scam that is).
- Red Flag #4 – In the members area (when you finally get to access the site’s content), you’ll be asked to register to freelancing platforms like Upwork and Fiverr. These sites are legit sites for finding jobs. BUT YOU CAN JOIN THEM DIRECTLY FOR FREE!
- Red Flag $5 – Expect upsells inside the program. Although you’re not required to buy these other digital products, these promotions are just their way of making more money from you. Again, I’m not calling this strategy a scam. I just don’t think it’s very nice to take advantage of beginners (newbies in Virtual Assistance jobs might think they need all these unnecessary products which are simply additional expenses for them).
- Red Flag #6 – They have a Disclaimer (for legal purposes) at the bottom of their page, and here I find them telling the truth (in very small letters). It says:
ClickEarners is an informational product which provides information and resources relating to working and earning online as a freelance/self-employed assistant. There is a fee to access our informational product in the members area. We are not offering anyone who registers with us a job, employment or paid work, nor do we seek to find anyone a job, employment or paid work.
In other words, this is not a job site. They’re giving you information and resources only, not jobs. Nor will they help you find jobs.
In this red flag, they’re telling you the truth while lying to your face! Remember what their homepage said?
- Various tasks and projects available for you to choose from.
That's not true. There are various tasks and projects available on the freelance platforms they recommend you join, but those are 100% free to join and have nothing to do with ClickEarners.
ClickEarners.com has zero tasks and projects available, and that's pretty much what they are telling you in their disclaimer. So this is more than a red flag. It's a big sign saying “we are not what we advertise ourselves to be”. They are flat-out telling you they are not what they claim to be.
A scam, according to Wikipedia (not that we need Wikipedia to tell us what a scam is) isan attempt to defraud a person or group by gaining their confidence.
By appearing like a legitimate job site and saying they have various tasks and projects to choose from, they are attempting to gain your confidence. And then they ask you for money to join.
So in my opinion, by definition ClickEarners is, at the very least, pushing the boundaries of what I'd consider to be a scam.
I'm sure they'd disagree, and you might disagree too. But at any rate, they are not exactly what they claim to be.
If they really wanted you to know they were only selling information and resources relating to working online,they would have said it upfront instead of burying it in small print where few people ever look.
The geo-targeting and false scarcity don't help their legitimacy either.
If ClickEarners is not something you want to spend your money on, you can make a few extra bucks instead with online survey siteslike surveyjunkie.com and inboxdollars.com.
They won't make you rich or help you retire early, but they are an easy way to get started online and can even be a stepping stone to something bigger like an online business.
You may be at home because of difficulties with your health, or young ones to look after. Or maybe the job market where you live is not good.

How Does ClickEarners.com Work?
So in this section, I'm going to reveal how ClickEarners really works and what’s inside their members area.
First of all, here are the steps to joining the site:
- Register by entering your name and email.
- Answer some simple questions such as your available time to work, how you access the internet, and if you’re trustworthy (as if an applicant will admit they’re not trustworthy).
Anyway, these are just formality questions and you’ll surely pass them all and get approved for the next step.
- Join by paying a membership fee of $57 for lifetime access or $27 for 1 year access.
- Upon successful payment, you’ll get instant access to the members area and start working (or so they seem to imply).
Available Jobs on ClickEarners.com
According to their official site, the following types of jobs are available to you:
- Data Entry
- Customer Service
- Virtual Assistant
- Admin/Secretarial
- Typing/Writing
- Online Research
- Envelope Filling
- Social Media Management
- Sales and Marketing
- Surveys
- Mystery Shopping
- Product Testing
However, as we already know… they don't actually have any of these jobs on their website. These jobs are found on freelancer platforms that have nothing to do with ClickEarners.
And if it's only a job you're looking for, you don't need to pay a platform to find them. You can find them on this list of hundreds of work-at-home jobs. Or you can check directly on sites that offer remote work opportunities, like Smith.ai, which hires virtual assistants.
What's Really Inside ClickEarners
Again, ClickEarners doesn’t have jobs to offer their members. All they have are manuals, guides, and links to other sites (like those that offer real jobs).
Here are some of the things in their members area which I think have (some) value. Not $27 value in my opinion, but some value:
- PDFs about Virtual Assistance, Data Entry, and Social Media. Note that these are just basic information about these topics, not training materials.
- List and links to sites that are related to finding online jobs/work. They included Upwork and Fiverr which are legit sites (I know they’re legit because I’ve worked on these 2 platforms). But you can just go directly to those sites? You can register there for free. And if you need more online job platforms, you can check out this free guide.
- Descriptions of online jobs – This is just a shorter version of their PDFs on Virtual Assistants, Data Entry, and Social Media (see #1). They have descriptions of data entry jobs, customer service, etc. These are not hard to find when you search for them on Google. You’ll even find more in-depth descriptions to really learn what the jobs are about.
- Resume and Cover letter templates. While these have some value, you can find better ones at Canva.com (and similar sites). You can access a lot of free (and customizable) resume and cover-letter templatesthere.
- Links to Facebook groups (Virtual Assistance-related groups). If you know your way around Facebook, you already know how easy it is to find groups there. Just type in Virtual Assistance (or Virtual Assistants) in their search box and you’ll be presented with a long list of related groups that you can join for free.
- Upsells. Well, I already warned you about the upsells that you’re likely to find inside ClickEarners’ members area. The upsells change every now and then as they test different products/offers and price points, so I really can’t comment on what (or if) something will be available at the time you're reading this. And I also can't comment on the quality either. But since I find ClickEarners to be a low-quality product, I can only assume their upsells have similar qualities overall.
If ClickEarners.com isn't your thing and you'd rather not spend money on information you can mostly find free online anyway, another way to earn a few extra “end-of-the-month” bucks is with online survey sites.
Websites likeSurvey Junkie do consumer market research by conducting surveys online in which you get paid a small fee for participating.
Similar sites like Inbox Dollars gather behavioral data by paying you to do things you may be doing anyway, like searching the web, watching videos and visiting websites.
Of course, you won't retire early on a beach by doing online surveys, but if you've never made money online before, they can be a simple way to get started.
For something more significant,an online business may be what you're looking for.
Making money from home might be something you need because of medical issues, children to look after, or maybe you're just tired of working for a boss.

ClickEarners Reviews and Complaints
I found one ClickEarners.com complaint on Better Business Bureau and it concerned a refund request. Here’s a screenshot:
Here’s my interpretation of it.
It took ClickEarners a long time to reply to their customer, so the person decided to go straight to ClickBank (where the product is purchased) and ask for a refund.
However, it was already 75 days since the date of purchase, so ClickBank refused the refund and it got kicked back to ClickEarners (ClickBank's money-back guarantee is only good for 60 days).
Looking at the BBB complaint, I think it’s a good thing that ClickEarners took the time to reply to their customer. However, it took another 20 days (BBB complaint date was July 12 and the reply date was August 1).
Unfortunately, the customer did not respond to ClickEarner's reply (at the time of this writing), so I can't say for certain what happened. However, I imagine if it their dispute was not resolved they would have said something. So, if I had to guess, I'd say that ClickEarners did the right thing and refunded their money.
The good thing about ClickEarners is that it's a ClickBank product and ClickBank has a solid refund policy.
Here are some tips on how to successfully get your refund from ClickBank:
- For ClickBank products, always go directly to ClickBank (instead of the product creator/vendor) when asking for refunds.
- Make sure that you ask for your refund within the guarantee period.
- Note that refunds are not guarantees of a product’s legitimacy. Scammers know that some people won't bother asking for refunds. In fact, you'd be surprised by how many people purchase products and never even get around to checking them out.
What I Like About ClickEarners.com
- 60-day money-back guarantee from ClickBank – At least you can ask for your money back if you don’t like the product.
- Their disclaimer – At least they’re telling the truth here (that they’re not really an online job platform).
What I Don't Like
- The product is expensive when you think about the information you’ll get from their members area.
- Look at the red flags again. They have a lot of false information and misrepresentations on their site.
- There’s no real training in their members area, just generic information that you can easily search on the internet.
- The site doesn’t reveal who the owner/creator of the product is.
- While there’s a money-back guarantee, it can be a hassle to ask for a refund.
- There are upsells inside the members area.
Where Do You Go From Here?
Because of the misinformation, irregularities and dishonesty on their official site, my opinion is not very good. I'll leave it up to you whether you consider ClickEarners.com a scam, but at the very least, it's not as advertised.
Their content has some slight value in it, so I guess they’re not 100% a scam. But do NOT expect to join ClickEarners and be presented with online job opportunities. That's not what it is.
If you’re looking to find a job on their website, you won’t find any and they won’t hire you either. BUT, they’ll give you a digital product that’s more like a how-to/guide on how to find an online job as a Virtual Assistant (plus a list of sites to check out and register to).
Again… as you can see from their terms of service that they do offer jobs and that they are an informational product “related” to working and earning online.
In my opinion, there is no reason to pay a fee (which isn't cheap) for information you can find free on Google, which will be better information and more up to date.
And the freelancing platforms (they recommend you apply to) are free to join. Most collect a percentage/fee from the job or project you work on (either from your earnings or from your employer), but they are free to join. And many also have their own tutorials.
There are countless ways to make money online, from simple online surveys to freelancing and starting an online business.
You might be a student in school or a single parent at home. You may have health challenges that make regular work difficult, or maybe you just hate your job and you’re desperate for a way out.
Your best options depend on your current situation and resources.
With all the scams and schemes out there though, knowing how and where to get started the right way is what you need in order to get what you want.

As mentioned earlier, another simple way to get started is with online survey and get-paid-to sites.
Survey Junkie and Inbox Dollars are two that don't pay enough to replace a full-time income, but they do provide a decent way to earn a few extra bucks in your spare time.
For work-at-home gigs and side hustles, you can also check out this listwhich includes hundreds of ways you can earn money outside of your regular job.
