Configure your preferred language in Chrome on Android
Go to Settings > Languages. Under Preferred languages, tap Add language. Choose your preferred language from the list, or use the search icon to find it.
This means it's possible that someone has their browser set to one language, and their mobile device or computer set to a different language. Google Search also has a language setting, but this is for display language — the language used for the buttons and menu text that appears around the search results.
To change the text that shows up, you need to change your SEO title and description. To change this, click on your page's settings, go to SEO and then fill them in (attached). Your SEO title should be 50-60 characters, and your SEO description should be 150-160 characters.
Scroll down to tap System or General management. Tap Language & input, then tap Language. Tap Add a language, then select a language and a dialect. Tap Set as default when prompted, or drag the language up to the top of the list.
Select Start > Settings > Time & language > Language & region.
Choose a language from the Windows display language menu, or, next to Preferred languages, select Add a language to install the one you want if it isn't listed.
Google uses "geolocation" to determine where in the world you are, so it can give you a personalized experience. This includes using the language it thinks you prefer, and it also includes giving you different results on your queries.
Select Start > Settings > Time & language > Language & region.
Choose a language from the Windows display language menu, or, next to Preferred languages, select Add a language to install the one you want if it isn't listed.
