Create a return request online and select the nearest drop-off point. They will then send you a QR code to attach to the item before delivering it to the drop-off point.
All returns are free, and when you have the QR code, you can use Collect+ or Royal Mail to send it to ASOS.
If the product doesn’t have the original packaging, ensure you seal it well!
