Have you ever needed a room for a social or business function? We have the perfect accommodations for everything from a birthday or graduation party to a meeting room for you local club or business organization.
The Welter Room, located at the Forest Park Golf Course Clubhouse can seat up to 80 guests and is available year-round, except during designated golf events. Round, rectangular, or a combination of tables is available: eight (8) round tables, 60” in diameter; six (6) rectangular tables, 72” long; and patio picnic tables, 28-1/2” x 96” (available when patio is available).
Although alternate setups can be requested at the time of booking, the standard setup features:
Decorations are allowed in the room, however, no taping, nailing or pinning to painted wall is allowed. Please do not use any sprinkles or glitter in the room.
Caterers are welcome or the renter may choose to bring their own food.
Rental Fee is for a continuous period of five hours. The 2009 rates are:
$175 + tax for event beginning and ending before 6 p.m.
$225 + tax for event beginning after 6 p.m.
$25 for each additional hour beyond give (5) hours
No food shall be prepared on the premises. Rinsing dishes is allowed in the kitchen sink. However, renters much bring their own towels.
55-cup and 100-cup coffee urns are available for rental at a charge of $5 each, payable on the day of the event.
